5. Payments

Fees for AZTN’s services will be agreed upon in advance and outlined in a service agreement. Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.

AZTN respects your privacy and confidentiality. Any personal or business information you share with us will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice. If you terminate the agreement, you will be responsible for any costs incurred up to the date of termination. AZTN reserves the right to terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• AZTN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• AZTN’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the services provided.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Canada.
